Before using the product, please inspect it carefully. If the product is damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect (e.g. a faulty box or bottle), we will accept your complaint. If the product is damaged in any other way due to the user’s carelessness, we cannot accept the complaint. <\/p>\n\n
You do not need to keep your receipt to make a complaint, as Colloid has kept records of its customers from the very beginning in order to provide the highest standard of service.<\/p>\n\n
If you are not satisfied with a product, but it is not faulty or damaged, please contact us by email for support. If you still wish to return the product, you can exchange it for other products of lower or higher value, paying the difference or receiving a refund, depending on the option you choose. If you return a product without exchanging it for another one, you will receive your money back in the same way you paid (in cash or to the account you paid from by debit or credit card). The product you are exchanging or returning MUST NOT BE DAMAGED OR USED (including washing) and MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For exchanges, the customer bears the delivery costs (delivery in both directions: for the returned product and for the new product taken in exchange) or the cost of returning the product. <\/p>\n\n
Rest assured that we will accept all justified complaints and, depending on your request, replace the product or refund your money.<\/p>\n\n
Note: Complaints are accepted within 7 days of receiving the shipment.<\/p>\n\n
Refunds<\/h2>\n\n
In the event of a return and refund, where the customer paid in part or in full by payment card, and regardless of the reason for the return, Colloid (Colloid d.o.o.) is obliged to make the refund exclusively via the VISA, EC\/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
