- Payment card via the website (all orders)
Delivery and Possible Restrictions
Delivery within Serbia:
Delivery anywhere in the Republic of Serbia costs RSD 400, and delivery is free for orders over RSD 4,000.
The delivery time is 3–5 working days, or no more than 30 days from the date of order.
During public holidays (New Year, Christmas, Easter, Labour Day and similar), parcels will be collected on the courier service’s first working day after the holiday.
Along with the order confirmation, we email every customer detailed information about when they can expect their products to be delivered, including the tracking number and a link through which the customer can track the order, change the delivery address, change the delivery day (choosing from the next 6 days) or arrange collection from a parcel locker.
In Serbia, we work with the courier services GLS and Post Express (the latter for Kosovo, where orders must be paid by payment card).
Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia, the dinar (RSD). Prices in other currencies are shown for information only, using the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency, converted at the exchange rate used by the card schemes, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price shown on our website. Thank you for your understanding.
Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When you enter your payment card details, the confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. The security of your data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor ChipCard a.d. Beograd, and the entire payment process takes place on ChipCard’s pages. At no point are your payment card details available to our system.
Prices
All prices shown on the website include VAT. If a customer orders goods and the price of that product changes in the meantime, Colloid will honour the price that was valid at the time the order was received.
Complaints
Email for complaints: office@koloid.rs
Note: Due to the way our work is organised, we use email as our primary means of communication. If we notice a missed call, we will call you back as soon as possible. Colloid sets high standards of customer care – your suggestions are always welcome, and we also handle any complaints.
Before using the product, please inspect it carefully. If the product is damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect (e.g. a faulty box or bottle), we will accept your complaint. If the product is damaged in any other way due to the user’s carelessness, we cannot accept the complaint.
You do not need to keep your receipt to make a complaint, as Colloid has kept records of its customers from the very beginning in order to provide the highest standard of service.
If you are not satisfied with a product, but it is not faulty or damaged, please contact us by email for support. If you still wish to return the product, you can exchange it for other products of lower or higher value, paying the difference or receiving a refund, depending on the option you choose. If you return a product without exchanging it for another one, you will receive your money back in the same way you paid (in cash or to the account you paid from by debit or credit card). The product you are exchanging or returning MUST NOT BE DAMAGED OR USED (including washing) and MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. For exchanges, the customer bears the delivery costs (delivery in both directions: for the returned product and for the new product taken in exchange) or the cost of returning the product.
Rest assured that we will accept all justified complaints and, depending on your request, replace the product or refund your money.
Complaints are accepted within 14 days of receiving the package.
Refunds
In the event of a return and refund, where the customer paid in part or in full by payment card, and regardless of the reason for the return, Colloid (Colloid d.o.o.) is obliged to make the refund exclusively via the VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.

What Are Cookies?
- A cookie is a small set of simple data collected in the user’s web browser while they visit a website.
- A computer cookie is also formally known as an HTTP cookie, web cookie, internet cookie or browser cookie. Whatever it is called, a computer cookie consists of information. When you visit a website, it sends a cookie to your computer. Your computer stores it in a file located in your web browser. (To find them more easily, look for a file named “cookies”.)
- You can read more about cookies on Wikipedia.
What Is the Purpose of Cookies?
- The purpose of cookies is to remember your actions on a site and to help the website track your activity during your visit. Cookies can be very useful. For example, many online retailers use cookies to keep track of the items in a user’s shopping basket while they browse the site. Without cookies, your shopping basket would reset and be empty every time you clicked a new link on the site, making it impossible to shop online.
- A website can also use cookies to keep a record of your last visit.
- Different types of cookies track different activities on a site. Session cookies are used only while a user is actively browsing a site; once they leave, the session cookie disappears. Tracking cookies can be used to keep long-term records of multiple visits to the same site. Authentication cookies track whether a user is logged in and, if so, under which name.
How We Use Cookies (Which Types) and Why
5.1. We use cookies for analytics and performance.
- We use only the essential cookies we need to monitor site traffic, i.e. analytics/performance cookies, and only anonymously, which means that at no point can we identify the visitors/users of our site.
- We use them to improve the user experience and to understand which pages need improving.
5.2. We use cookies for targeting.
- These cookies are linked to the Facebook pixel feature on the Facebook social network and are used to target audiences more precisely when placing adverts.
Third-Party Cookies
6.1. Google
- We use Google Analytics, a product of Google Inc. (address: 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
- Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help websites analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the site will be sent to Google and stored on servers in the United States.
- Please note that on this website Google Analytics has been extended with the code “gat._anonymizeIp();” to ensure the anonymised collection of IP addresses (known as IP masking).
- When IP anonymisation is activated, Google truncates the IP address by anonymising its last octet for Member States of the European Union and other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
- On behalf of the website operator, Google will use the IP address information and other data to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for website operators and provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
- Google will not associate your IP address with any other data it holds.
- You can refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, please note that if you do so, you may not be able to use all the features of the website you are visiting.
6.1.1. Disable Google Analytics
- You can also prevent Google from collecting and using data (cookies and IP addresses) by downloading and installing a specific add-on.
- Please note that on this website the analytics code has already been extended with the “anonymizeIp” attribute to ensure the anonymised collection of IP addresses.
- If you do not want Google to collect other data about your visit, you can install the add-on for the Chrome browser.
- You can find more information about Google Analytics on our Privacy Policy page.
6.2. Facebook
- We use the audience and target group customisation feature offered by Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA).
6.2.1. Facebook Conversion Tracking Pixel

6.3. MailChimp
- Mailchimp is an email marketing platform offering simple tools that make it easier to design and share email advertising campaigns, manage subscriber lists (e.g. for online newsletters) and track results.
- To stay informed about this service’s privacy policy, please read it on their website.
6.4. Sharing Tools
- Colloid d.o.o. uses content-sharing tools on its blog. An anonymous cookie is placed in every share button on our blog via Addthis.com to make it easier for users to bookmark or share a chosen page through numerous popular social networks. These sharing cookies help us know which pages are being bookmarked or shared. You can find out more about this service on the AddThis privacy policy page.
6.5. Disqus
- If you leave comments on our blog, you are using the Disqus commenting platform. This data is not stored by us; for more information, please read the Disqus privacy policy.
